Martin Sales, Inc. looking to hire Retired Ad's part-time

Our company, Martin Sales, Inc., is looking to hire Retired Ad's part-time to work as sales reps for us. At most of the state association meetings we exhibit at we usually have a retired AD or two from the area who work part time for us selling uniforms etc.

Having them work the show with us helps us get to know the schools and buyers. Since they work part time for us all year, this is a way for them to sell more and see old friend etc.

We are looking for your assistance for referrals and/or whether we can post a flyer on a message board etc. at the upcoming state show?

We've been fortunate in that most shows we go to we have retired AD's working with us because we were able to identify them ahead of time.

Currently, we are not able to attend your state show because we do not have any retired AD's from your state working with us at this time.

Who do you think would be a good candidate to work with us? Or can you recommend some retired AD's for us to call?

We've been in business for about 2 decades and enjoy working with retired AD's. They seem to like working with us too, and playing golf of course...

Every year we also attend the National Athletic Directors Event (Nashville last year). We were there to recruit retired AD's to work part time selling team uniforms and equipment to the local high schools, middle schools and recreational departments in the districts they used to work in.

One of our reps was a prominent AD in the State of Massachusetts. "Smokey" loves the job because it keeps him active, pays nicely and connected to the community. And he still plays golf at least 3 times a week when the weather is good.

This is a very good opportunity for any retired AD because it keeps them engaged with the community they worked with for their career and they can make some good income as well. Most of our reps who work for us are part time, 3 days a week on average. The best part is that it's on their schedule.
